Beginners Course        4:45pm - 5:45pm
9th Kyu and above        5:45pm - 7:00pm

Thursday
9th Kyu and above        5:00pm - 6:30pm
 
Everyone, from children as young as four, up to adults of any age can join.

The class is divided into two groups, with beginners training on a Monday from 4:45 to 5:45pm on a specially tailored monthly beginners course, while higher grades train on Mondays from 5:45 to 7:00pm and Thursdays from 5:00 to 6:30pm.

The beginners course costs £25 per month and includes a free karate suit with the first month.

For higher grades, training costs £26 per calendar month (if training twice a week), £13 per calendar month (if training once a week) or £5.00 per session.

Dan grades pay £4.00 per session.

Discounts are available for families where 3 or more members train - please ask for details.
